A happy new year & new years resolutions....

Here we are at the beginning of another year feeling dull and sluggish after a week or more of over indulging! The New Year is traditionally a time for retrospection and re-evaluating some of our past lifestyle choices. Its an opportunity to make changes and start feeling positive about the year ahead.

Top of the list is usually lose weight, exercise more, drink less, stop smoking, take up a new hobby and so on.

Making any lifestyle change is challenging therefore think of it as a process that will take time and require support. Start with small, short-term goals before progressing to anything long-term. Focus on one change at a time, you will be more successful if you don't try to change too much too soon.

Never forget how special you are and above all be kind to yourself.
