Sally Stainer RM, RCM, AHBM

"I have been a qualified midwife for over eight years working in our Midwifery Led Unit (MLU), community and supporting the homebirth team.  I have a passion for promoting normal birth and supporting woman with their birth preferences.

I have attended many study days and researched the benefits of active birth, water birth and breastfeeding. I have witnessed and supported woman who have birthed their babies with ease and calm using Hypnosis and deep relaxation techniques.  This inspired me to train and extend my knowledge by completing a Hypnobirthing course in 2013.  I now offer to woman and their birth partners, Hypnobirthing Courses at the Maternity unit where I work."

Complementary Therapies for the mind, body and spirit

We all maintain and develop existing knowledge and techniques by attending various training courses,

workshops and events.

Donna, Sally and Jennifer encourage you to reassess your lifestyle to promote better health and each treatment is tailored to your specific needs.  The healing and relaxing effects of the holistic therapy allow your body and mind

to recover and rebalance.
