"Having been diagnosed with polycystic ovaries I was looking for an alternative therapy to ease my headaches/migraines and balance my hormones. From the first appointment I found the atmosphere was very relaxed and was curious to find out what effect Reflexology would have. Initially I was rather tired after the treatments and my headaches seemed to be worse a day or two afterwards. But Aletta reassured me that this effect is quite normal.
